Seeking the operating procedures for small ice machines sold by the ammonia supply department, as well as precautions when purchasing ammonia

The factory issued me a certificate allowing me to load ammonia. I’ve been working there for over half a year, but there aren’t many experienced workers. The various rules in the factory aren’t practical at all; they’re all based on what’s written in books. At the place where we sell ammonia, there’s only a small ice machine and a buffer tank with a capacity of 1.5 MP. The pressure in the storage area drops to 1.45 MP, and flexible hoses are used for transportation. I would appreciate some advice from more experienced workers – for example, on how to operate the valves without having to stop the ice machine during meal times, and so on
