Interlock issues of boilers

What are the interlock devices in ordinary boilers? There are many interlocks in our facility that haven’t been activated yet. The concern is that a malfunction of the instruments could also lead to accidents; please discuss which interlocks related to boilers are necessary and which ones are not.
What kind of boiler are you? If you don’t invest in any chains, how can the boiler equipment pass the external inspections? At the very least, the water level protection mechanism must be activated
