Methods for rapid heating of reaction vessels

Heated by heat transfer oil. There are two ways to use heat transfer oil: one is through a heat transfer oil furnace, where a heat transfer oil circulation pump is used to heat the jacket of the reaction vessel; the other method involves installing electric heating elements in the jacket of the reaction vessel to heat the heat transfer oil there, thereby heating the reaction vessel.
Directly heated hot water can also be used, though it’s a bit slower; it’s suitable when a very high temperature isn’t required!
The interlayer is heated with heat transfer oil, while the inside of the tank can also be heated using coils.
Wrapping it directly around the electric heating plate should work too, I guess.
Hot water or hot oil – it depends on what is inside the tank being heated.
Iron reaction kettles can also use inductive heating; nowadays, there is also microwave heating and high-frequency heating.
What is the material of your reactor? If it is enamel, heat transfer oil is not very suitable
