Where to go? I’m extremely confused

It’s been almost 5 years since I graduated (I worked in process engineering), and currently I work as a project engineer at an engineering management company. But these past few months I’ve had so much free time that I really can’t find anything interesting to do; I feel anxious and it seems like I’m wasting my life and time. I wonder if there are any forum members in a similar situation? I personally think now is the time to accumulate knowledge – am I just wasting my time? Sigh. . But I don’t want to go back and work in design either! What should I do? ?

It’s only been 5 years; there’s still a long way to go, and there’s much more to learn. After mastering process engineering and equipment, as well as electrical systems, there’s even more to cover. . .
