How many tank cars are allowed to be loaded/unloaded per day using the train loading arm?

SH/T3107-2000 states that \"the number of daily batches processed at each loading station should not exceed 4.\" My understanding of this is that each loading arm at the station can be used for loading only 4 times a day; generally, one batch can be filled in 1 hour, which means there is a lot of time left idle each day. Since I have no prior experience in storage and transportation, I am now dealing with the loading and unloading of flammable liquids on trains. I would be grateful if anyone with expertise could offer some guidance. . .
The one hour you mentioned can be used to fill up a fuel tank – that’s the actual time required for loading. Beyond that, there’s also time needed for train scheduling and aligning the train, among other things. All of these take time. Have you considered these times? ?
