Regarding the installation requirements for the waste discharge pipes of the ammonia synthesis plant, since our plant is new, we are concerned that the installation may not be perfect; we would appreciate your advice!
Please explain clearly what kind of waste fluid is being referred to: fresh gas waste fluid, recycled gas waste fluid, separator tank waste fluid, ammonia cooler waste fluid, waste heat exchanger waste fluid, steam backwash waste fluid, hot or cold water system waste fluid, or oil waste fluid

That’s a rather complex topic. Take a look at the regulations regarding chemical piping: waste streams with high pressure or high temperature must be fixed in place and secured properly. They are usually connected to the equipment using flanges, with two valves used for control. Elbows are necessary, and the waste streams must be directed toward drainage pipes or sewers; direct discharge into the air should be avoided, and the waste must be sent to a safe location
It is possible to consider installing a buffer tank on the waste discharge pipeline, with all waste discharge pipes connected to this buffer tank; All waste discharge pipelines must be equipped with two control valves ; A self-regulating drain valve must be equipped with front and rear stop valves as well as bypass valves.
