All the vent pipes on the coke oven (i.e., the small flares) are emitting flames – what does this mean? Is the coke oven about to stop operating?
I actually had no idea what a vent pipe was, because I’ve never heard of small flares in the coke ovens here
It’s the venting device on the coke oven, right? It should be there
When the small exhaust vents of the coke oven start emitting flames, it is because, after the fan stops operating, the waste gas from these vents is ignited to burn part of it, thereby reducing pollution emissions
It’s probably gas combustion venting that does not meet the standards...
It is likely that the blower in the chemical production area stopped working or there was a power outage, which meant that the waste gas had nowhere to go; as a result, the large cover on the rising pipe was opened, or the gas was released into the air through the venting devices in the gas collection system.
There is no low-pressure ammonia water or clean water spraying the flap of the divergent valve body, so the water seal function is not working
