What to do if a gate valve is difficult to open and close?

Why are the valves in our facility closing and opening tightly? Several workers are needed every time the valves are turned on and off. Need help.
Try applying some lubricant to the valve stem

The equipment has been added, and a lot more has been added as well! But it’s still tight; could there be a problem with the mechanical parts?
It’s probably because the bolts are a bit tight; try loosening them a little.
It might be due to issues with the clearance, plus the long time from manufacturing to installation by the manufacturer, which allowed some dust to get in; just run it a few more times after adding oil and it will be fine.
Loosen the packing pressure plate a bit...
1. The valve screw rod should be polished clean with sandpaper to remove any rust. 2. Add an appropriate amount of packing to the valve, and tighten the bolts to an appropriate degree. 3. The valve passage is clean, free of foreign objects and rust. 4. The system operates under high pressure, so flat gate valves are used; ordinary gate valves are difficult to operate.
