Dear sea friends, does anyone know in which companies and at what positions those working in engineering or R&D can earn an annual salary of over 100,000? I’ve heard that process engineers in foreign companies can achieve this amount; I wonder if there are other such positions as well
Some company workers can earn an annual salary of over 100,000, and those in technical leadership roles earn even more
Wanhua will do; as far as I know, the salaries for undergraduates are quite high
It’s best to work in design at domestic companies; after a few years of experience, it’s not a problem to earn an annual salary of 100,000. Working in R&D roles at Chinese companies is more difficult, but it’s possible to do so at foreign companies
Reply to 3# Summer Quatrain: Polyurethane is quite toxic, right?
If it’s a master’s degree, for companies offering an annual salary of over 100,000, MCC CERAMIC can be a good choice; it is explicitly stated that the salary will be over 100,000 after becoming a full-time employee. As for the others, companies like Air Liquide, Dongguan New Energy, and various design institutes are more or less the same. However, the cost and duration required for different companies to offer high salaries vary, so it’s important to find out clearly. Some have to travel frequently, while others have to work overtime often. In short, the chemical industry is a sector with low salaries; experience increases one’s value as they get older. One can’t die from it, nor will one go hungry.
Polyurethane is not highly toxic; it is a relatively environmentally friendly material. However, the isocyanate used in its synthesis is very toxic, while polyether is not toxic. The research and development I am working on involves polyurethane waterproof coatings as well as grouting materials
I don’t know what the treatment is like at Fa Ye Kong Do you know the benefits offered by Air Liquide in the Shandong region?

Reply to 9# lsl343952854: I heard that Liquefied Air has relatively high salaries; probably because there are many business trips required. Here, some people from Dongguan New Energy have gone to Liquefied Air in Hangzhou. It is said that Dongguan New Energy also offers high salaries, but the work is very demanding. It becomes unclear when it’s too specific!
