Problems with drying the linings of the two catalytic converters

We have a new catalytic unit under construction here; the lining inside the two reactors was poured over a month ago. Since the necessary supporting facilities are not available, we cannot start the heating process for these reactors, but now we face the problem of dealing with the winter period. There is concern that the low temperatures (with minimum temperatures around -10 degrees) will damage the lining. I was wondering if any of the experts here have any good suggestions? How should anti-freezing measures be taken, and is it necessary to do so?
