Let’s all discuss the recycling of silicon powder. Given the current unfavorable market conditions, let’s make an extra effort to develop something that can be used to subsidize milk powder.

This is an idea, but recovering silicon powder in polysilicon production may not be economically viable. What you mean is the recovery of silicon powder during the polycrystalline silicon ingot casting and slicing process, right?
The recovery of silicon powder from cutting fluid has already been done by others. It was probably not put into action for economic reasons.
It can be recycled; adjustments can be made during the design process
