The only domestic polysilicon company that uses Zhejiang University’s control system is Hejing Technology; last year it won the bid for Hejing Technology’s second phase of projects. It’s unclear what the results of its use have been so far Our company is also considering using domestic DCS systems, as their prices are relatively low. We are currently concerned about the stability of these domestic DCS systems and their level of understanding regarding the polysilicon industry. Please share your suggestions; thank you! We have used the DCS system from Zhejiang University Zhongkong in the chemical industry, and it worked well; however, it is only suitable for use in the chemical sector. If your boss has the financial resources, it’s better to opt for imported systems. But if cost-saving is a priority, then the DCS system from Zhejiang University Zhongkong should be just fine as well!

I have always recommended that the company choose imported brands; DCS accounts for a very small portion of the entire project, and stability and safety are of utmost importance. If domestic DCS systems are indeed effective in use by polysilicon manufacturers in China, then I would also support the use of such domestic DCS systems

Zhejiang University Zhongkong also has some achievements in the polysilicon industry, though the polysilicon projects it undertakes are not large-scale, with capacities of only a few hundred tons to a thousand tons
The second phase of Heji Technology seems to have a capacity of 1,500 tons; it’s not clear how many problems there might be during its operation
Our company is also considering Zhejiang University Zhongkong DCS for use in the polysilicon industry, and we have the same concerns! I hope domestic DCS systems can prove themselves!
What is the current status of Phase 2 of the Jiaozuo crystal growth project in Henan? At first I didn’t realize it; so what you’re referring to is pyrocrystallization. Personally, I feel that DCS places more emphasis on safety and stability. Especially given that in the polysilicon industry, DCS investments account for a relatively small proportion of the total investment, it is very difficult for domestic DCS manufacturers to gain a foothold there. If Zhejiang University Zhongkong wants to get a share of the market in DCS for the polysilicon industry, it must first become a leader in this field; only then can it create a ripple effect that encourages others to follow.
