What is the function of the buffer tank on the loading platform? Does the petrochemical regulation stipulate that an emergency shut-off valve can be omitted if a buffer tank is present? What’s the point?
It ensures stable liquid level at the pump inlet, providing protection for the loading pump!
But it doesn’t seem to have any connection with the emergency shut-off valve, does it?
I also want to learn about this area; I’m not sure what function this buffer tank serves Does the second floor claim to ensure stable liquid level at the pump inlet? ? This buffer tank is already located behind the pump outlet; does it have anything to do with the pump inlet? ?
