Is there a good chance that no gray deals will be approved? Brothers and sisters, how many years did it take you to become engineers? Educational background
For those with a bachelor’s degree, they can become assistant engineers after 3 years; after 5 years they are eligible to take the exam to become engineers. For those with an associate degree, it takes 5 years to become an assistant engineer, and after 7 years they can take the exam to become engineers. This is a stepping stone; the specific exams required include English and computer skills
My assistant has been with me for two years; engineers are usually eligible for promotion by now. It didn’t happen because of resignations. I think it’s the experience gained outside that’s crucial, while certificates are just a stepping stone. If you have specialized skills in a certain area, you can demonstrate those skills – numbers aren’t necessary!
If one is a designer, generally speaking, undergraduates can become assistants after one year of internship, and after another 4 years they can be promoted to engineers. Of course, passing foreign language and computer proficiency tests is essential, and a thesis also needs to be prepared. Regular state-owned enterprises are basically like this.
Staff level: Secondary vocational education, with at least 1 year of experience in the relevant technical field. Assistant level: Junior college education, with at least 3 years of experience in the relevant technical field; Bachelor’s degree, with at least 1 year of experience in related technical work. Intermediate level: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or at least 4 years of experience at the assistant level ; A master’s degree, with at least 3 years of experience in professional work related to this field; for those who lack the master’s degree certificate or academic diploma, at least 2 years of experience in professional work related to this field after graduation is required ; The doctoral degree is granted directly. Advanced: Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience at the intermediate level ; Have held an intermediate professional title for at least 2 years after obtaining a doctoral degree.
