Recently, the boilers in the factory have been shut down; instead, a very small boiler is used for heating – one that’s extremely small, with water temperatures of only sixty to seventy degrees, and it requires manual coal loading. There is a small exhaust fan and an intake fan; I’m not sure what’s going on, but I’ve heard noises several times that sounded like those of a diesel engine, and it seems like the sound is coming from the exhaust fan area
Inhaled plastic sheeting? If it’s the fan, there must be impurities inside.

Reply to 4# woliaibo: The water returning through the pipes should first reach the hot water tank; how can there be such loud noise?
Is it insufficient wind pressure, or backdraft from the chimney, causing the burning to fluctuate?
