Urgent! Due to an insufficient dew point in the system, the incoming material caused a blockage in the gas mixer. The gas mixer uses an SV-type mixing mechanism; we urgently need to know how to clear this blockage.
Gas mixer – from what you’ve said, I understand it to be the feed mixer for the cold hydrogenation process. If that is the case, then the dew point is not up to standard; after feeding, STC will react with water to form silicic acid, and blockage is a normal occurrence. It can be cleaned with an alkaline solution, and the results should be good.
