Recently, the factory needs to replace the catalysts, so it’s important to thoroughly understand this process, especially the various issues that need attention. I was involved in drafting the replacement plan; let’s all discuss it together. The basic steps are: taking the product out of use, regenerating it, removing it, checking the internal components (taking into account the type of reactor), loading it back in, drying and heating it up, and applying thermal compression.
