This often occurs during the synthesis of trichlorosilane: fires break out within a 1-meter range above the furnace distribution plate, and sometimes even water injection cannot put them out. What is the reason for this?
Poor bed fluidization led to excessively high local temperatures, causing a fire! It seems to be what was said upstairs: the feed is unstable, and is there a problem with the distribution plate?
The main issue is the problem with the flow field distribution, along with uneven temperature distribution

Since there is a reaction point every meter or so on the distribution plate, the temperature changes will be more pronounced and significant when driving in hot weather; it is therefore necessary to pay attention to the driving pace. If such issues occur after starting the vehicle, it is likely due to uneven temperature distribution or a damaged air cap
