Pipeline weld points

I’m seeking help regarding how to count the weld points on pipes – how can one determine the number of weld points in a given project?
First, you draw the pipeline single-line diagram, with the relevant elements indicated on it
There is no single-line diagram available yet; only the models require budgeting calculations. To be more specific: fittings, elbows, tees, flanges, and pipes (6M long each) on one pipeline are counted as several welds
The budget only takes into account elbows, tees, flanges, and the number of pipes; weld points are not counted. If pricing is based on weld length, then it has to be calculated according to the drawings.
