The moisture content of the coke is too high

The moisture level in our plant is too high, exceeding 15%. We originally thought it was caused by leaks in the pipes used to produce red coke at the coking plant. Upon close inspection, it turned out that a large amount of water had seeped out from the coal coking area, flowing onto the J1 conveyor belt and even entering the coal storage bin along the belt. Who can help me solve this problem?
Make sure it’s waterproof by pouring cement at the bottom, so that water won’t seep in. No other good solutions come to mind for now.
