Selection of granulators, scrapers, and elevators for urea granulation towers

Our company is constructing a new urea granulation tower with a diameter of 22 meters and a height of 90 meters. We are currently working on selecting the appropriate models for the granulator, scraper, and elevator, and we would like to know which manufacturers’ equipment is used by large fertilizer plants Is the effect good? The elevators in our factory are from Shanghai Special Explosion-Proof Elevator Factory, and they’re not very good! The granulator is a normal-pressure fitting from the China Academy of Space Technology; it is easy to replace, but purging is not possible!
For a granulation tower with a diameter of 22 meters, I can recommend the products of the following manufacturers: Granulators: Beijing Aerospace 11th Research Institute. (There are many successful projects for urea production of over 300,000 tons; particle size: 0.85–2.6 > 97%). A set with two nozzles costs around 280,000. Material scraper: Changzhou Erhua Machinery. At present, the domestic manufacturers of scrapers are only Changzhou Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd., Changzhou Erhua Machinery, and Nanjing Heda Machinery Company. The first two have relatively high performance figures, while the last one has only one performance figure, and the delivery has not yet taken place. Changzhou Erhua Machinery was the first company to produce this equipment. Equipment price: 750,000 yuan. Elevator: Shanghai Mitsubishi. Price: 360,000 yuan.
Shanghai Mitsubishi, which I asked about, does not produce special elevators.
Apart from Changzhou Huaji and Erhua Ji, it seems that Shanghai Dali Shen also produces scrapers, so you could ask them.
Our factory uses Shanghai Mitsubishi elevators, which aren’t very good – they break down frequently~!
If I had known, I should have gotten a granulator from one of the 11 reputable manufacturers; I bought a granulator from a famous factory in Baoji (as they claimed), and it was extremely frustrating to use
