Which companies are involved in the process of producing olefins from methanol? What can be done domestically?
Do you mean the MTO patent holder? As far as I know, the main companies in the world currently engaged in MTO technology development are UOP/Hydro and Mobil. Among them, the MTO technology jointly developed by UOP and Hydro has been put into industrial use. The DMTO technology developed by the Dalian Institute of Physical Chemistry in China, as well as the SMTO technology of Sinopec, have also been put into industrial use.

Shenhua Baotou uses the DMTO technology from Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, while Henan Zhongyuan Petrochemical employs the SMTO technology from Shanghai Petrochemical Research Institute.
I mean the general contractor; the technologies are DMTO, SMTO, and UOP’s MTO. I heard that there are also cooperation agreements between the general contractor and the technology provider?
