I hope everyone will actively participate. Let me start by talking about our company: 1. All condensate water in the plant is collected uniformly, using recovery devices supplied by Gansu Hongfeng. 2. Coking wax oil is subjected to solvent denitration before being used as feedstock in catalytic units. 3. Water used for coking removal and cutting is treated in a closed system for reuse. 4. Medium-pressure steam from catalytic units is used to drive deaeration pumps. 5. Low-pressure gases and exhaust gases from the hydrogenation unit are processed through membrane separation to concentrate and recover hydrogen. We carried out the following projects: 1. Commissioning of a steam generator for catalytic slurry to produce medium-pressure steam, which is used for power generation in a waste heat power plant; the coal usage in that power plant was reduced, and power generation relied solely on steam, resulting in annual savings of over 50 million. 2. Installation of a bag collection system for polypropylene to capture the polypropylene powder that often settles on the ground. 3. Recovery of condensate water. 4. Installation and operation of an oil and gas recovery system. 5. Replacement of the exhaust fan rotor, which reduced the current consumption of the main fan motor by 20 A per hour. 6. Modification of the catalytic waste heat boiler by adding a economizer to increase the production of medium-pressure steam. 7. Organization of the reuse of wastewater from sewage treatment. 8. Organization of the reuse of purified acidic water. 9. Recovery of low-pressure gas. 10. Adjustment of the frequency of operation for some pumps. This year, all the major projects have been completed; it will be hard to find topics for next year, so it’s a good time to learn* learn*!
1. Replace the cooling tower fan with a water circulation pump. 2. Reduce the air pressure in the gauge to 0.6 MPa. 3. Switch the boiler to oil/gas hybrid combustion, and recycle all process exhaust gases back into the furnace for combustion in order to reduce fuel consumption

1. Replace steam heating with hot water heating; the carbon dioxide is removed from the PSA-separated gas before it is supplied to the methanol plant. 2. The methanol plant supplies its off-gases to the PSA unit, allowing for the exchange of raw materials, which reduces the hydrogen production load and lowers carbon dioxide emissions
