When a total solar eclipse occurs on Earth, and you happen to be on the Moon at that time, what would you see?
Seeing a total solar eclipse – the occurrence of a total solar eclipse has nothing to do with the location of the observer. . .

If a person lives on the side of the Moon that faces Earth, then when there is a total solar eclipse on Earth, what they see of Earth will be as if a total lunar eclipse were occurring on Earth.
