In the pilot project for polyisoprene rubber, how should the post-treatment flare system be designed? Maximum emission volume of flare gas: 5 t/h; emission pressure: 0.1 MPa(G) (provisional); temperature: room temperature. The main components are isoprene and solvent oil (hexane), with isoprene accounting for approximately 90% of the total volume.
These conditions are presented to the torch manufacturers; there are specialized torch manufacturers responsible for the design
The torches provide parameters; the manufacturer will adjust it accordingly
