The traffic volume is quite high. The process flow I would like to use is: cyclone separator – particle filter – bag filter. Or a spray tower – a liquid mist separator. I’m not sure if it’s feasible
A cyclone separator + bag filter (or wet dust removal tower) will suffice

Reply 1# woliaibo: Cyclone separators have strict requirements regarding the inlet diameter and wind speed, especially when it comes to separating dust with very fine particle sizes. Moreover, if the air volume is high, multiple units may be connected in parallel as required by the design
Reply to 4# iwork10: The cyclone separator cannot guarantee a high level of separation accuracy, so I decided to add a subsequent filter to achieve precise filtration. It is used only as a pre-filter.
