The requirements regarding the properties of crude oil from oil fields across the country, from each individual oil field, are too high. Even the general manager of CNPC can’t say that something can be obtained right away just by thinking about it; some things can only be acquired by spending money. Because the evaluation of crude oil may not be carried out by a single petroleum research institution. It is recommended that the original poster go to some petrochemical research institutions and spend some money to obtain it. Libraries at the provincial or municipal level may not even have such information. Some data related to crude oil evaluation are classified as confidential; although the level of secrecy might not be very high, it’s not realistic to expect to obtain such information so easily and in large quantities. What are they thinking? Additionally, crude oil evaluation is sometimes conducted by oil field area; a large oil field may have evaluation data for multiple different oil fields within it. From Daqing Petroleum Institute – why not look for such information locally and ask around?
