In terms of which aspects do the technologies of large-scale polysilicon projects in China perform well currently? Let’s talk about it if you know. Currently, the main process is cold hydrogenation; the necessary process packages are available in China, provided by institutions such as the Sixth Academy and Zhongsi; Abroad, there are 3P, GT, LXE, DEI, etc
For large-scale polysilicon projects, it is better to adopt an improved Siemens process; other metallurgical methods or silane-based methods are inevitably a form of deception by some people.
There are many improved Siemens models available in China, but the silane method is also widely used by Americans – so how can it be considered deception?

When I said that the silane method and physical methods are prone to being exploited by some people, I was referring to the fact that there are currently individuals who pose as experts; they actually have only a superficial understanding of these two processes and exaggerate their benefits, in an attempt to take advantage of business owners’ eagerness to reduce costs during this tough period for polysilicon production. I in no way intend to deny the silane method or physical methods; please be assured of this.

Additionally, the meaning of “deceive” as I use it is different from what you understand by it; perhaps you could provide more details about these two companies or about the current development of the “metallurgical method”.
Polysilicon can be produced through physical and chemical methods; the improved Siemens process, which is currently the most widely used, belongs to the chemical method.
