I just received notice today that the entire plant will be shut down for half a month due to power restrictions aimed at saving energy and reducing emissions. Has anyone else encountered this?
The world is truly full of wonders.
The tragedy of last year is repeating itself this year; can we expect the same story to unfold again next year?
We’re really at a loss; how is it evaluated in other places? Is there a power cut too? **Is there such a policy?
Just turn it off completely! **By such means, instead of focusing on process improvements and technological advancements to reduce energy consumption and emissions, they resort to dubious tactics like temporary shutdowns in order to meet the standards.
I’m no longer working at the company. I had never encountered such a situation before at Sinopec either. However, last year the heating was turned off in my home before the New Year’s holiday, again due to the failure to meet the energy-saving targets, haha
:(It’s too fake; it only treats the symptoms, not the root cause.)
Previously, our company would limit electricity usage to reduce overload, but that’s not the case anymore. There’s no such thing when the plants are shut down; if the companies operating those plants don’t make any profits, then how can individuals make a living? Hehe.
Where can you reason about things like this? Today’s officials only care about numbers, only concerned with their official positions.
It’s all a problem with the system; it’s all Ducai’s fault
