WP ELxx: Working point elevation, referring to the elevation of a specific point on pipes with a large slope (usually the highest or lowest point of that section of pipe)

WP EL -- working point elevation. 3rd floor is correct.
For inclined tubes, the operating point should be indicated at: (1) the bends in the pipeline, (2) the intersection points of boundary lines or connection lines, (3) the starting and ending points of the pipeline
So, let’s add one more thing: the bracket point
