Our company plans to install 5 frequency converters. But I don’t know how to select one; anyone who is familiar with frequency converters could please help me figure out how to make the choice.
Commonly used frequency converters include Fuji, Delta, Emerson, ABB, and so on! Select an inverter with a power rating that matches the motor’s power. It also depends on whether your motor is for a fan or a water pump
What was said upstairs is correct – where will it be applied? What is the nature of the load? Is it a fan, a water pump, or a constant-torque load?
Siemens, Schneider, Inovance, and many other domestic brands
Siemens, Schneider, Danfoss, ABB, Fuji, Yaskawa, Huifeng........
Choose based on your load. Generally, the capacity of the inverter should be greater than that of your load. As for brands, I’ve only used ABB, and its performance is good

LG125/0.65 – Transport medium: purified gas; Flow rate: Q=125 m3/min; Inlet pressure: 40–50 Kpa; Outlet pressure: 0.65 Mpa; Inlet temperature: 40°C; Outlet temperature: 40°C; Rotation speed: 3000 r/min; Shaft power: 850 kw; Motor model: YAKK5004‑2; Motor power: 1000 kw, 6000 V; Rotation speed: 3000 r/min; Motor explosion protection class: eⅡT3; Protection class: IP54; Insulation class: F. What model do you think is suitable for this? I don’t know much about this thing
The above are the parameters of the compressor, right? The ones below are for the motor. Has the motor been chosen yet? If you want to know about Siemens’ product selection, you can contact me, hehe.
When selecting an inverter, the first factor to consider is power, and the second is the nature of the load, such as whether it is under heavy or light load; in other words, things like fans and water pumps mentioned by the people above
Come and learn* a bit; by the way, what is one of the development trends for frequency converters?
6000V belongs to high-voltage frequency converters, and its use isn’t very significant; is it needed for process control or for energy savings?
