I’ve received an offer from this company; I’m not sure what kind of company it is Is there much room for growth once you get in? I just graduated with a master’s degree this year and don’t have much experience. I mainly want to go to a place where I can learn * and gain more experience; I’m seeking guidance! Thank you. :)

The first thing they say during the HR interview is that it’s a state-owned enterprise. Haha; actually, there aren’t many people there – it seems to be only half a floor. Hehe, but the benefits are still pretty good

It’s better to go to a large state-owned enterprise’s design institute; learning anything in private or foreign companies is meaningless. They don’t have the energy or infrastructure to train you. They are hired just to do work and earn money; there’s no way they can concern themselves with your career planning. Never, never do that.

Reply to 4# llu85: Did someone in a state-owned enterprise train you? I’ve never seen any state-owned enterprise provide better training or career planning than foreign companies; state-owned enterprises adopt the advanced training and management models of foreign firms.
I don’t know who else on the upper floors, besides the third floor, is familiar with international construction. Those who can get in there are definitely very capable people who have learned a lot; however, their focus isn’t on design – it’s a consulting firm, not a design agency, so the focus areas are different.
I’ve worked at that company before; the treatment there was quite good. It’s like working for a foreign company – if you don’t have the right capabilities, you won’t even get grade A certification.
