There are many accidents caused by the failure of control valves and interlock protection instruments; we hope that everyone will share their experiences and lessons so that we can draw valuable insights from them when selecting instruments for air separation systems, choosing interlock control solutions, and carrying out routine maintenance
Our unit once experienced a computer host infection, which caused chaos in the molecular sieve program. In the end, only one computer could be used for monitoring, while the other computer had to be reinstalled with DCS. Once both computers had their systems reinstalled, everything returned to normal. Upon reviewing the records, it was found that the operator connected a USB drive privately, which caused the computer to get infected.
