In state-owned enterprises, the salary can reach six thousand yuan after deductions, but there is no progress in terms of technical skills. I work in management; I want to switch to a field related to technology, but I’m not sure if that’s possible
It would be great to have some technical knowledge along with management skills; focusing solely on technology is tough and exhausting, and it’s not hassle-free either.
