Dear experts and colleagues, My factory is a newly commissioned methanol plant. It currently has 4 metering tanks for pure methanol, 1 storage tank for crude methanol, 1 storage tank for fusel oils, 1 intermediate tank for fusel oils, and 2 large tanks for the finished product. It is necessary to calculate the methanol production volume in tons, based on the liquid level in these storage tanks. In other words, I need to know how many tons of methanol correspond to a liquid level of 1 meter in the storage tank. The following parameters are design values. I hope some expert can teach me the calculation method. Tank name and storage capacity: Pure methanol tank/Pure methanol: 9000 m3, volume height: 100000 m3, 19.775 m; Rough methanol tank/Rough methanol: 1500 m3, volume height: 1745 m3, 10.445 m; Mixed alcohols tank/Mixed alcohols: 425 m3, volume height: 500 m3, 9.250 m; Pure methanol metering tank/Pure methanol: 248.2 m3, volume height: 292 m3, 1.018 m; Mixed alcohols intermediate tank/Mixed alcohols: 85 m3, volume height: 95 m3, 6.11 m
