Color change of 2-methylnaphthalene

Reply to 1# from80zx: I’m not quite sure, but could it be that some impurities inside have oxidized? You can do an analysis
Reply to 2# laryy: That won’t happen; the color remains white after production. The latest experiments suggest that the main issue is excessive temperature, and oxygen in the air may also play a role. The problem has been resolved now
