How to find a company with design qualifications to provide a stamp?

Dear sea friends, how can I obtain the stamp from the qualified institution required for taking the professional exam?
The stamping by the design agency requires strict review of the drawings. Different design firms have distinct styles for their drawings, so standardization is needed; hence, there are costs associated with this stamping process. My suggestion is: as long as it is allowed under **policy regulations, use the stamp issued by the smaller agency rather than the larger one, as the latter charges more and provides subpar service.

There are only 3,000 certified chemical engineers nationwide, so the value of this certification is indeed quite high. Given its high value, one can imagine the cost associated with it! Many people who have worked in design institutes for most of their lives may not be able to pass the exam.
