What are the spare parts for chemical processing equipment?

We are now trying to have the statistical system in operation and to prepare the necessary spare parts for it. This has been done before, so we don’t know what items need to be taken into account or how much is generally required. I would be very grateful if experts could give us some guidance!
Reply to 1#: Forgetting to smile usually refers to bolts, nuts, and gaskets. The requirements for spare parts are more or less the same: gaskets require a supply of 100% or 200%, while bolts and nuts require 10%; at least 2 sets are necessary.

The main spare parts are those for critical equipment, which have long procurement times and long production cycles. Ordinary bolts and steel gaskets should be prepared. The cores of key heat exchangers also need to be taken into consideration. For moving equipment, it’s best to have a complete set available. It ultimately depends on the management’s awareness; spare parts require significant capital investment
The spare parts we specify are: the vulnerable components of the equipment, such as mechanical seals, impellers, couplings, etc. Materials are also needed for testing: such as water pipes, valves, bolts, wire, V-belts, steel plates, pipes, and common tools

Spare parts refer to those for key equipment that take a long time to purchase and have a lengthy production cycle; consumable items such as bolts, gaskets, O-rings, etc., also need to be stocked. Different projects have different requirements, and generally there is a list of spare parts, with detailed information provided in the completion documents. It indeed involves significant financial costs. I’m more familiar with pharmaceutical projects, but not so much with chemical ones
We deal in equipment, and our clients usually require a trial run before using it. As mentioned on the second floor, gaskets should be supplied in 100% or 200% more quantity (depending on the material of the gaskets; those that get damaged during the trial run, such as wound gaskets, require a higher quantity, while ordinary non-metallic gaskets can generally be supplied in 100% more). For studs and nuts, etc., 10% more should be provided, with a minimum of 2 sets, and the number of sets must be even.
Spare parts are divided into start-up spare parts and 2-year (or 1-year) spare parts; for equipment that is not very complex, this includes bolts, nuts, and washers.
