Reply to 1# wys_100: Unit 1 – The notation for valve types is shown in the table. Types include gate valves, stop valves, throttle valves, ball valves, butterfly valves, diaphragm valves, plug valves, check valves, safety valves, pressure relief valves, drain valves, and stem valves. The codes are Z, J, L, Q, D, G, X, H, A, Y, S. Note: For valves used in low-temperature environments (below –40°C), those with insulation (equipped with heating jackets), those with bellows, and those resistant to sulfur, the letters “D”, “B”, “W”, and “K” are added in front of the type code respectively. Unit 2 – The notation for actuation methods: Actuation methods include electromagnetic, electromagnetic-hydraulic, electro-hydraulic, worm gear, spur gear, bevel gear, pneumatic, hydraulic, pneumatic-hydraulic, and electric. The codes are 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9. You can find information on valves; all of this is available there – it’s quite simple to look up the information
I only know that the DN following it represents the nominal diameter, with the unit being mm; the digit before DN is likely the nominal pressure, PN, with the unit being kilograms. But I’ve only been learning for a short time as well, so I’m not sure; I’ll wait for someone more experienced to answer.
