Can the corner of a directly buried hot water pipe be fixed directly?

I have a gentle question: for directly buried hot water pipes, is it possible to install fixing brackets at the corners? Are there any strict regulations regarding this?
It’s very rare to see someone do this; I’ve basically never seen it. As long as the compensation and stress calculations are correct, it should be feasible in theory
Small pipes are fine, but large pipes definitely cannot be set up in this way; if anything needs to be set, it should be a limit mechanism rather than a fixed one
It is not recommended; the stress at corners is already high, and adding a support in that area, with the weight of the pipes on both sides acting on it as well, further increases the stress.
The only thing I can’t understand is the issue with the welds. Welds are generally not placed inside the fixed piers, so there shouldn’t be many problems related to stress; after all, the concrete pier and that section of pipe essentially form a single unit. As long as the welds are of good quality, there should be no issues, that’s my understanding. Thrust forces are not taken into consideration here.
Fixing should restrict the degrees of freedom in all 6 directions, while limiting can restrict only a few of those degrees of freedom
