: Lanke High-Tech’s plate-type evaporation unit enters the Thai market for the first time. Title: 29,500 kg/h five-effect plate-type evaporation unit for citric acid successfully commissioned at Ninglang (Thailand) Co., Ltd. On November 8th, the 29,500 kg/h five-effect plate-type evaporation unit for citric acid (TVR), designed, manufactured, and installed by Lanke High-Tech’s heat exchange equipment research department for Ninglang (Thailand) Co., Ltd., was put into operation after successful commissioning in just one attempt, receiving high praise from the customer. This set of equipment is the 17th plate-type evaporation unit provided by Lanke High-Tech for the citric acid industry; it is also the unit with the highest evaporation capacity and the most comprehensive functions ever supplied for this industry to date. At the same time, this is also the first time that Lanke High-Tech plate-type evaporation devices have entered the Thai market. Ninglang (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is located in the Logana Industrial Park in Rayong Province, Thailand. The company mainly produces citric acid and citrates, and by 2013 it will have a production capacity of 120,000 tons per year for these products, with annual sales exceeding 200 million dollars at that time. Ninglang (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has adopted a new citric acid production process, and the complete set of plate evaporators designed and manufactured by the Heat Exchanger R&D Department of Lanke High-Tech were used for the first time in the concentration stage prior to chromatographic separation. This has enabled these plate evaporators to be utilized not only in the citric acid purification workshop but also in multiple workshops and processes simultaneously, thereby expanding their application scope within the citric acid industry. The new applications of the efficient and energy-saving large-scale plate evaporators designed and manufactured by Lanke High-Tech will bring about an innovation in the entire citric acid production process. This complete set of equipment features a fully automatic control system, enabling remote operation, real-time monitoring, and operation without human intervention. This production line is part of the first phase of the citric acid project at Ninglang (Thailand) Co., Ltd., with an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons. Ninglang (Thailand) Co., Ltd. plans to complete the subsequent construction within two years, bringing the total production capacity to 120,000 tons per year. For subsequent projects, the company stated that it will continue to cooperate closely with Lanke High-Tech, and preliminary agreements have already been reached.
