The installation elevation of the tower internals is based on the upper surface of the tower wall support ring; The installation orientation shall be in accordance with that shown in this diagram.
The first “take ... as a standard” means “use ... as a reference” –-> take ....as the reference; with this understanding, it’s not difficult to translate it. The second “based on...” can be translated as “is referred to”. --------------- FYI

Cammy is really great; why don’t you apply to be a technical discussant? :o However, I would like to share my opinion on this issue as well: the elevation of the tower’s internal components after installation is determined by the upper surface of the tower-wall brace, and the orientation of the tower must be in line with this design. Here’s why: 1. I checked, and the term for elevation is indeed “elevation”; using “brace” to refer to the supporting structure is likely a more professional term ; 2. The first “subject to...” requirement is quite strict; I think using \"subject to\" might be more appropriate ; 3. The second “based on...” should probably mean in line with the design drawings, so I used \"in conformity with\"; however, \"refer to\" would also work. Personal opinion, for discussion only :)
I would like to share two brief observations: 1. Ring support: Using “ring support” better reflects the original meaning. \"brace\" is a general term; it’s better than \"bracket\" and can also be used in this context. 2. The installation orientation shall be in accordance with that shown in this diagram: directional installation must follow the specifications in the drawing. FYI
