1. Notify the PSA unit to stop feeding the conversion gas, shut down the feed liquid metering pump, open the PSA emergency vent valve, and open the valve of PG103-80-N1B-H50. 2 Open the cooling water inlet valve of condenser E103. 3 Close the gas inlet and outlet valves of the converter; after displacing the conversion gas in converter R101 with nitrogen, seal the converter. 4 After the heat transfer oil has cooled down, close the inlet and outlet valves for the heat transfer oil within the device. 5 Protection or passivation of the catalyst in the converter is described in Section 4 of this chapter. 6 Stop the cooling water. Close all valves and instruments of the system. Decide further, as appropriate, whether to discharge the materials and accumulated liquid within the system into storage tanks or outside the system. 7 If the system is to be left idle for an extended period, the heat transfer oil inside the system should be returned to the heat transfer oil storage tank. 1.1.1 Emergency shutdown procedure 1: An emergency shutdown should be initiated in any of the following situations: power outage ; Stop cooling water ; Equipment and pipelines explode, break, and catch fire ; Severe air or liquid leaks from equipment, pipes, or flanges that cannot be resolved ; 2 Operating steps: ① First, open the emergency vent valve to relieve pressure; immediately instruct the heat transfer oil system to stop heating, open the short-circuit circulation valve inside the heat transfer oil system, close the inlet and outlet valves of the heat transfer oil, and cease supplying heat transfer oil to the conversion unit. ②Stop methanol metering pump P101 and circulating liquid metering pump P102. ③Further action will be taken after the cause of the accident is determined.
