Zhongfa produces chloroacetic resin, using 7-cubic-meter and 30-cubic-meter reactors. I have a question for the original poster: The glass transition temperature of BA-VC random copolymers is only 40–50 degrees, which makes it easy for floccules to form during suspension polymerization. Moreover, the slurry obtained through suspension polymerization tends to clump together during cyclone drying. How did you address this issue? ? So far, we have only prepared copolymers of vinyl chloride and butyl acrylate/diethylhexyl acrylate using the emulsion polymerization method. It is then dried using spray drying, resulting in a powder with a size of several dozen micrometers. However, its plasticizing effect on general-purpose PVC resin is indeed very good.
