Automatic start-up of emergency cut-off switch and auxiliary oil pump

Recently, when the turbine at our facility was started up, an abnormal phenomenon occurred: the auxiliary oil pump started up as a result of the emergency shutdown device being activated. I’m not sure what the reason is; if anyone with expertise knows, please help analyze it
Is it the case that after the emergency safety device is engaged in interlocking mode, the oil pressure drops too low, causing the auxiliary pump to start automatically? Could the original poster please provide more details regarding any fluctuations in your oil pressure curve? Also, is your emergency safety device set up for manual interlocking or automatic operation? From what you’ve said, it seems to be manual, right?
The emergency safety device is a manually activated interlock; when it is engaged, the oil pressure does drop, but only for a short period of time. Once the auxiliary oil pump is turned off, the oil pressure returns to normal
