As the title suggests: I would like to ask what are the main causes of coking problems in coal-water slurry combustion? Is the alkalinity of the additive too high? Effect of Fe ions? Is it still the high ash content in the coal? Does anyone know that if it’s a problem with additives, what types of additives are prone to causing issues? What type won’t cause any problems?
