The technology is no problem; several sets have been built, and the performance is satisfactory. The current processing of C4 olefin liquefied gas involves aromatization, isomerization, cracking to produce propylene, and alkylation. Further processing steps include propane dehydrogenation, isobutane dehydrogenation, and even n-butane isomerization. C4 olefin reprocessing technology: Aromatization is already well-developed, but due to the fact that the price of liquefied gas after aromatization is 400–500 yuan per ton lower than that of the raw material liquefied gas, the economic viability of aromatization becomes very poor ; Isomerization technology converts butylene into isobutylene for further processing, offering decent overall benefits ; The production of propylene via C4 olefin cracking also offers good benefits ; Alkylation is currently mainly based on the introduction of technology ; Propane dehydrogenation is relatively well-developed in China within the C4 hydrocarbon processing technology; extending the industrial chain further also yields good benefits ; Isobutane dehydrogenation technology still relies on technology imports at present ; There is currently no technology for butane isomerization.
