Let’s all discuss the methods of building coke ovens, and introduce the construction methods for 3-cycle and 2-cycle systems as well as their differences
In the second cycle, on the first day walls numbered 1, 3, 5, 7… are built; on the second day, walls numbered 2, 4, 6… are built; on the third day, the walls built on the first day are constructed again; and on the fourth day, those built on the second day are built. The feature is that each wall is left to dry for one day after it is built, before the next layer is added, resulting in a short construction time. The three-cycle system means that on the first day, build numbers 1, 4, 7, 10..., on the second day build 2, 5, 8, 11..., on the third day build 3, 6, 9, 12, and then the cycle repeats on the fourth day. A feature is that after each wall is built, it is left to rest for two days, which prevents it from sinking; the construction process takes a long time.
