If the feed for the BGL gasification process is lignite, and tar is produced during the pyrolysis of lignite, could this cause the lump coal to stick to the refractory materials in the gasifier, thereby leading to difficulties in discharging it?
Well, I think such a situation can also occur; BGL has higher levels of H2 and CH4 compared to water-coal slurry gasification. It is a good choice for coal-to-natural gas production, though it does cause relatively high levels of pollution.

If the temperature is above 950 degrees, then the phenomenon you mentioned certainly won’t occur. All Ender furnaces use lignite; from ever: victory:, the phenomenon you mentioned has never occurred. And it works very well.

This kind of difficulty in feeding generally does not occur. BGL consumes a large amount of coal; basically, before the coal has time to stick to the furnace walls, it has already reached the gasification zone and the combustion zone. During inspections after shutdown, only a small amount of coal remains stuck to the refractory bricks, which can be said to provide some degree of protection for them.
With such a high vaporization temperature, the tar should be in gaseous form; even if there is a small amount of it sticking to the walls, it is likely to flow down along with the slag
