In your factory, which employs the same process, what measures have been taken to save energy and reduce consumption? Suggestions for energy-saving and consumption-reduction measures in the primary brine section, chlorine treatment section, hydrochloric acid section, liquid chlorine section, and secondary brine section are widely sought; the more detailed the suggestions, the better. Dear Xiao Wanzi: Keep the amount of alkali in the brine at the lower limit of the specified range, and control the sulfate level at the upper limit of that range. Increase the temperature of the electrolysis cell, maintain a constant room temperature, conduct comprehensive tests on the reclaimed wastewater, and ensure that all process parameters are well controlled. The consumption of hydrogen chloride and sulfuric acid is crucial; reduce the temperature of chlorine gas…… There’s so much to cover. In short, by controlling the parameters for each stage of the process, energy savings and reduced consumption can be achieved :)

Relying solely on strict control of process parameters won’t lead to significant savings in terms of energy consumption; there’s no need to overthink the issue of pure water as well. It would be more practical to make good use of the hydrogen gas produced by your electrolyzer. Do you have any devices that require hydrogen gas in your downstream processes? Except for hydrochloric acid.
Reply to 4# ftcai: Yes, only a very small portion of the hydrogen is used in the production of hydrochloric acid; the rest of the hydrogen is sold off, with no waste at all. The revenue from hydrogen is a very significant source of income for our factory. I’m very grateful that you thought of this. Is there anything else?
